I thought they did a good job of keeping the important pieces of the book, and the actor they have for Mr. Teatime (and his laugh) was incredible. There's some hammy acting, but all in all the cast was great and the movie is well worth watching if you're a Pratchett fan.

Nope, it's the BBC adaptation of Terry Pratchett's novel of the same name. The Hogfather is the Discworld's sorta-equivalent of Santa. :)
