I was expecting to see some gratitude from Fisk for taking the bullet, the immediate ordering of Matt's death was a surprise. Cold blooded.

For the bullet casing sure super super sensitive touch could match up a painted outline to recognize it as a skull outline image. But...

I did like the touch that Frank cleans up for Karen coming into town with a shave and haircut before going out to save Matt and kill bad...
