Questions (basic troubleshooting): What version of Excel are you using? Have you ever been able to open a previous FA CS?

I tested import from two versions. Works on V2.26 (and presumably later). Does not import from an old V2.0 Alpha. :.-( I don't have the BETA 4 version, but I wonder if you could import from that? ;)

Hmmm. From all I've heard, no one has heard from FA for quite some time. Wouldn't that mean that FA is not the one that is doing the current upgrades (BETA 4)? If that's the case, who's to decide what's counterfeit?

WoTC may "want" each player to buy everything, but all the basics are free and you can share the paid material. It's not perfect (far from it), especially since you don't own anything you've bought from DDB. So if it goes t*ts up, you are SOL. And it does not address (and will not address) those...
