I want to tell fun, interesting stories with fun, interesting people!

I am a gracious loser who enjoys games and competition for their own sake. If someone makes a mistake or the dice aren't with us and my character is maimed, killed, etc... I accept that as part of the game. Decisions should have consequences.

I see the rules of any game as a structure for fun to occur in, but I don't want to get too bogged down in debates about them either. I'm not the type to break the game with min/maxing or cite arcane technicalities to eek out some advantage that has everyone at the table rolling their eyes.

Characters without weaknesses are boring. A wizard caught without his spell components might have to try his best with an axe! An all barbarian party is going to have trouble in social challenges... and it'll be great! You don't always have the perfect tool for the job, and that's where creativity comes in!
