5 or 6 attacks a round. Level 14 proficiency in all saves. At close to those levels a lot of saves are creeping up around 17-20 DC...

5.0 phb. Cha and int dont play nice togather. Ideally charisma dexterity or constitution is better. Halfling and half elf say hi.

OP stuff like twilight clerics and crap like the berzerker. Find a tier list and aim for B+ to A levels imho. Older dungeon dudes...

Perkins got their break in Dungeon magazine iirc. DMs Guild is basically its replacement.

Reading the phb I think theyre correct. Basically the level 1 spell isn't lvl 3 until its cast.
