To a degree you are right but at least here in Germany there a some really good shops like Sphaerenmeisters-spiele that get even a lot of the more exotic crowdfunding stuff. So usually I don't struggle to get things.
But Daggerheart interestingly was on sold out/only pre-order not only in a lot...
Don't know where you live but here in Europe (in my case Germany) that game was really difficult to find (I struggled to acquire a copy) almost immediately on release. And that situation lasted for quite some time. We are talking months here. That thing was sold out hard.
If that would have...
Oh god. Can this thread not go a single page without that stupid and useless D&D sales number flame war that interests nobody that clicks on a thread about a completely different game.
This is a thread about the sales number of Daggerheart.
I repeat DAGGERHEART.
I consider it frankly impolite...
Indeed I always loathe it when threads about completlly different games turn into a useless D&D sales number discussion.
This thread is Daggerheart's place to shine. And shine it indeed does when it overshoots the planning of it creators in such a spectacular way.
It also means that they...
What is that talk about rat people ? Don't you know that those are a invention of the lying halfling press that they invented after having guzzled to many dwarven Stout beers. Those little fat buggers are taking the piss out of us humans. Trust me on this.
The PDF was imho well worth the money I spend for it. It is like a breath of fresh air especially compared to the fiddly and complex WFRPG 4E. It might even replace WFRPG 2E as edition of choice for me.
Well some of those don't sound equal. Spell slots for example is not just one thing. It is depending on class an level up to 9 different things to track. And let not forget absolute horrible fiddly and difficult stuff to remember like for example with the Psi Warrior where they mix different...
Do you you track more or less resources Daggerheart then compared D&D 5E ? Because in 5E you need to track a naughty word ton especially when it comes to spell casting classes that then get various abilities on top. The only reason it doesn't get criticised more for this is the decades long familiarity...
I would agree but the on some reflection I had actually more fun with Veilguard then with Inquisition. Inquisition just had so much boring boring open world filler content.
So for me its Origins - DA2- Veilguard - Inquisition
DA2 and Veilguard get too much s..t online. Inquisition imho doesn't...
I don't remember 4E selling cards to me. That is more something that for example 5E does with a ton of different (and quite expensive) card products for spells, magic items, monsters and NPCs....
But hey you got you cheap shot is at 4E.
Personally speaking that limited edition set is looking...
That book needed another editing pass. You can see it especially in stuff like backgrounds, weapon masteries and fighting with two weapons.
I dare to bet that we will see a lot of errata for the book.
