[Speculation] What is "Project G"

Hmm...lotsa undead & fiend/half-fiend characters written up for the NPC minis. Perhaps a campaign setting where the good guys are the underdog, where the fiends &/or undead are running the show, and the forces for good are organized into an underground/resistance type role?

And therefore have to perform acts of... uh... freedom fighting.

Project G - it's D&D, Survivor Style, and Hasbro doesn't want WotC to tread over the same ground as the Survivor series due to copyright infringement.

Am I close? :D
"Survivor" style? You mean the PCs are shipped to some island and have to perform some weird tasks?
(Yes, I don't really know all that much about Survivor, I'm afraid. :p)

i would shoot SK if he did this...well just in the foot :)

Okay I think it's Gluttony, Greed, Gold, Ghouls, Ghosts, Gwinaveures, (herioc Princess types), Guild Houses, Graft, Graffiti, Gorgons, Gorrillias, Gynocologic study? ;)

Wait....

Project G

Monte is involved.

My players have commented on how many MONKEYS are in RttToEE (they call him "Monkey Cook"...)..

It's the book of GORILLAS!

G is for Gertrude, who died of the Gout.

What is Project "G"

Sean claimed that someone hit on the topic in previous posts.

Also knowing that Montey really likes Sci-fi games...check out his boards.

I would say a revamped re-built Gamma World D20 style.
The problem is the alternity system (now gone) had the last Ed.
It may because of publisher rights or some legal stuff.
But Monty, I know digs the Sci-fi tech games.. He liked the current D20 games called Darwin...

Ok its not Gamma World :( DARN
you got me what it is but its not exaulted deeds....what I do know is that it involves underdark in some way.

OK. My turn to guess. :D

G is for Good.

So the Book of Exalted Deeds? (I'm possibly the 2nd to mention this one.)

G is for Gods.

Well, there's plenty of deity stuff published already.

G is for Greyhawk.

I know I've read somewhere that the project is not a rehash of any previously published setting, but this idea of something pertaining to Greyhawk is stuck in my head... And lots of ppl have been unhappy about poor support from WotC concerning the default setting. Just a thought...

G is for Gorgonzolla.

Well, I don't think it has anything to do with foul smelling moldy cheese. I hope.

G is for *ay.

Waaay off topic for this thread, let's not go there.

G is for Grandmother.

Does Morrus' gramma warrant a book?

G is for Grave.

A book on the undead? It's been done already.

G is for Gothicpunk.

Nope. The miniatures at SKR's site don't fit the genre.

G is for Greyhawk (again).

I'm back to this line of thinking. Something special for the World of Greyhawk? Cults of Greyhawk maybe? I haven't heard if WotC is going to publish a campaign sourcebook yet. What has never been done before for Greyhawk (or at least for a very long time)? The default setting is just screaming for material right now. Maybe a book on Guilds of Greyhawk? Nah, too generic. Actually, we don't even know if it is an adventure or an accessory...

Attack of the Giants! Yes! That's it. ;)
