The Laughing One
I always thought that making my own monster cards was a good idea, but i never realised how good an idea until i got some of those plastic prepainted D&D miniatures with monster cards included. Now dozens of boxes later i have a lot of monster cards, but i also have a huge collection of other minis, not to mention that i would like to use that Blue Dragon from Deathknell as a Large Dragon instead of a Medium Dragon. So, out monster cards making i go.
Wizards of the Coast isn't the only company making monster cards, nor is it the first. The Other Game Company has an pdf available for a long time with all the monsters from the SRD, and a blanc pdf as well. But i'm one of those folks that wants to do everything himself, and i ususally share with others what i make for D&D or D20 online, so it might be usefull to ask around what people like to see in their monster cards.
There's a couple of ways to go, either horizontal or vertical cards (WotC uses horizontal cards for D&D stats, TOGC uses vertical cards for their OGL monsters).
Please fill in the poll and discuss your wishes for the "Ultimate Monster Cards" (yeppers, that's what i'll be calling the pdfs)...
