Well, arguably the other spell-like abilities (dancing lights, ghost sound, prestidigitation) do play to both the bardic and spy-like angles. Eberron gnomes are elementals binders - I wonder if there's anything here that could be used, eg spells cast relating to elementals +1 (or even the elements) are cast at +1 effective level.Droogie said:How about taking away their supernatural and spell-like abilities and give them the extra feat and skill point like humans?
