Thanks. I really managed to get Gelfling #2 right on the money, and Dextra too (especially her rolling her eyes at me for wasting my time making South Park versions of the family)

Gelfling #1 is a lot harder, she's tall and skinny... which doesn't translate well to SP morphology. But Dextra says I did pretty good.

And me, well, it's not perfect (the beard is a bit off, and the hair isn't salt-and-pepper) but it's pretty darn good, especially with the shotgun and beer.

Seems to me there was at least one other tool similar to this out there -- I recall someone linking to it on the old Nutkinland a couple of years ago. Anyone have a link?
