Dungeon Tiles - Storing?

I bought a plastic box from the supermarket. They fit in it quite easily. :) I bought it with the knowledge that I'd be getting more tiles, so there's quite a bit of space free.

When I use them, I sort them out at the beginning of the session.

Cheers!

I use a blue cardboard storage thing I bought at Ikea. Its a little large for convenient transport, so I might look into one of those file folders if I need them away from home.

I know what the cat's thinking:

"Finally he bought me a new litter tray!"

I use a container similar to Merric's, though mine is slimmer and has a hinged lid and clasp. I found it at Joann Fabrics for $5. I organize my tiles into plastic bags by size, and store them all in the box. It's been easy building stuff on the fly with that set up.

Currently I keep all my counters, templates, etc., in snap-lock bags with counters sorted into good guys, bad guys, monsters, undead, etc., I'm thinking that I'm just about the point where a container like Merric's might be a good investment.

I bought 2 three drawer units at Target - I keep tiles, maps, DM screens, printed out tiles, templates, basically anything flat goes in those. There is room in them to add more tiles, maps, and printed out tiles. You can take the drawer right out if you want. The are perfect, though not portable if you need that.
