Very cool. We use Lego for our minis in our tabletop Iron Heroes game - here's my character.
Cool
Perhaps surprisingly, I've never used Lego for D&D although I have thought about it.

A valiant effort! Here's how you did:

Pic 1 - The middle guy's staff and pet
Right and wrong.

The staff is indeed not Lego but the black dragon hatchling is. It's from the Harry Potter range IIRC. Also, there are a couple of non-Lego parts in that pic that you missed.

Pic 2 - The left-hand dwarf's axe and all of the middle guy's kit
Correct about both but again you missed a couple of non-Lego parts I'm afraid.

Pic 3 - The lizardman's shield (where did the lizardman come from, btw?)
Correct! The lizardman upper body and head are from the Lego Batman set Hunt for Killer Croc.
Sleeping Dragon said:
Pic 4 - The middle guy's sword
Correct but you missed a couple.
Sleeping Dragon said:
Pic 5 - The left-hand guy's helmet and armour, the middle guy's helm/mask
Correct but you missed a few - or did you? Your question below about where I got stuff suggests that you spotted a few more non-Lego parts in this pic. But there are even more than that.

Pic 6 - The left-hand knight's sword, shield, and helm, the woman's shield
Correct but again, you missed a few.

Post 2, Pic 1 - All Stikfas
Correct! Strickly speaking, Dwarfette's sword isn't Stikfas but it isn't Lego either.
Sleeping Dragon said:
Correct! There are non-Lego parts but only the minifig's. The giant bat is entirely MOC out of Lego.
Sleeping Dragon said:
Post 2, Pic 3 - The middle guy's lightning bolt
Correct but there's also the greatsword you mention below which isn't Lego. There are other non-Lego parts but because of my poor photography, you can't see them well so they're almost impossible to recognise as non-Lego (DC 35). I doubt that even people who work for Lego would have spotted them. However, IRL they're easy to see.

Post 2, Pic 4 - The skeleton's...whatever that is he's holding
Correct! Dr Voodoo's feathered spear is converted Stikfas.
Sleeping Dragon said:
Correct! It's the same bat from post 2, pic 2.
Sleeping Dragon said:
Post 2, Pic 6 - All Stikfas
Correct!

I recognise some of the kit from these pictures (greatsword from Post 2, Pic 3 and the curved swords from Pic 5 particularly standing out) as being from an American website that did sets of armour and weapons, but they were sold out every time I checked. I think I got the link off one of your older Lego threads which has since vanished...
The red dwarf's axe is Megabloks. Some of the other non-Lego parts are from
http://armothe.com/brickforge/ . Armothe's Brickforge is a really cool store. Their service is top class as is the quality of their parts. They deliver by airmail to the UK at very reasonable airmail P&P rates. Some of the other parts are from Little Armories in the US but unfortunately they only do sci-fi now. Lastly, there are are a few parts from various ebay sellers and from a Japanese toy. All the rest are either Lego or Stikfas.
