OOC: Uhh, in the interests of the whole group, I'm going to pretend that you didn't just tell me to use Symbol of the Wrath Reversed on a minion. :p Going to throw it on zom3 instead. Update in progress now.

Serris cautiously moves forward, and then lances out with his spear at the dark caster. He tries to bat the strike aside with his rod, but the pressure of Serris's mental compulsion tells on him and the strike draws blood, undermining his defenses.

kal'Tarron closes on the necromancer and strikes out at his with his axe, but the swing goes wide as he twists to avoid an opportunistic slash from the zombie as he passes.

Orsik takes a swing at the zombie next to him, aiming to brand it with a rune of binding, but it's all for nothing as the swing goes wide.

Both undead minions lay into Orsik, but he successfully fends off their attacks for now.

The Necromancer, meanwhile, is looking seriously incommoded by Serris's attack, responding too slowly to avoid giving kal'Tarron openings as he conjures up a swirling mass of hellish fire. He takes a minor wound, leaving a shallow crimson slash across his face. kal'Tarron comes off worse, however, as the ghastly flames take hold and almost burn him to a crisp on the spot.
