As Sapo leaps into the air, the tentacle strikes. It easily grabs her from the air, crushing her ribs. Her breath is almost gone.

[T4 uses threatening reach to grab Sapo mid-jump. Hits for 15 damage and Sapo is grabbed. Attack is not used and Sapo has a standard action left to use.]

Johanna roars and strikes deep into the creature's flesh. With a continuing stab, she slices it apart. Ichor sprays everyone harmlessly as it dies!

[Johanna kills it, releasing Sapo from grab. Need new actions from Vimak, a standard action from Sapo, and actions from Torqua.]

Second wind: gain 7 hp and +2 to defenses.

"I'm happy enough to know these things burn." Torqua replies, taking a sidestep and belching out another blaze of fire as if she had eaten a forge for lunch.

Vimak tosses his javelin, but he is not familiar with the weapon and misses. At the same time, Sapo regains some of her composure. Torqua turns on the tentacle harrying Sapo and catches it directly with her fiery blast, its ichor slowing it writhing. Lhavarr approaches the bullywug and returns her some strength, while the drow's sorcery finds purchase this time, disintegrating the tentacle.

[I have Torqua stay where she is and use Burning Spray on T3. Hit and bloodied. Lhavarr uses majestic word on Sapo for 11hp. Elkrysn hits and destroys T3.]

The purple light flashes overhead, and the tentacles sink into the goo, only to erupt in a gush nearby! The writhe in a frenzy!

[T1 & T5 use a standard action to appear in their new squares. FYI: For proposes of their threatening reach, their OA is +8 vs Ref, 2d6+6 damage, and target is grabbed.]

"Only two tentcles left!" Torqua shouts, turning around to see the one trying to sneak up on her. "Let's hope this isn't on of those Alien Horrors that can regrow them."

Not being the most creative spellcaster in the land, Torqua gives this tentcle a taste of her firery breath as well, only for the wily thing to duck out of the way.
