Star Wars Saga Space Combat Tracker

I know SW-SE isn't being printed anymore but I'm at least playing in a game of it right now, so probably others are as well. During our games I noticed that tracking starship hit points can get a little convoluted due to the starship's fluctuating Shield Rating and because damage is reduced by both a starship's Damage Reduction and Shield Rating.

I created this spreadsheet to help us keep track of things pretty easily. You simply enter in the base info for a ship (name, DR, SR, starting HP), then chronologically enter either how much damage it took or if the shields were recharged. And it does the rest!

It's made our combats easier to track and if you use it hopefully it'll make yours easier to track too. Enjoy!

What format or edition is your Excel file in? I open it and it comes up garbled.

Hmmm, it was in Excel 2007 and I changed it into Excel 2003. I'll mess around with it later today to see if I can get it sorted out.

Sorry, it still appears damaged. I've attached a screen snap of what it looks like.
And I'm running Excel 2000.

Hrm. What it looks like for you certainly isn't useful!!

I guess because it's in Excel 2003 and you're running 2000, that's the discrepancy? Do you know if there's a way to resolve that? My computer skills are self-taught so I don't know where to start.

OK, now I'm at my work computer which does run 2003, and the file is still coming up the same.
