New Paragon-Tier Dark Sun Monsters

Dray (First and Second Generation)

I modified existing Dragonborn stat blocks for these... So these are not exactly original. But for anyone else who's running City by the Silt Sea, it won't hurt to have them. :)

For the First Generation dray, I used these guys, a few Atavists ("grandfathers"), and a modified Dragonborn Fire Priest for Mosak, christening him the "Fire-Speaker" and giving him some rituals.

Also attached is the Minion Templar of the First Scale. Cannon fodder; modified Dragonborn Slavers, but changed to work well with the Templars I posted earlier. I will probably stat up Mon Adderath for sake of completeness (21 Elite, probably, putting him on a scale with Absalom).

The dreaded Wall-Walkers of Kragmorta...

A group of 6 (for 6 PCs) ambushed my party before the aforementioned Fire Drake encounter, and I was briefly worried about a TPK or half-TPK. (I basically stunlocked their Warlord; I originally had their Minor action as an At-Will.) They are wusses once they get into a stand-up fight, so they ended up retreating when half their number died.

Their 2e versions are pretty scary, and I tried to replicate how bad an idea it is for them to use their stingers in the middle of a fight. I was happy with my solution - though this makes them deadly against ranged foes. (That's what your party's there for, eh?)

Abishai

My revisions on the Abishai, which received their first 4e incarnation in Draconomicon I. I like the concept of linking them to dragons. I didn't like the monsters.

Not in (most) stat blocks: They have a Change Self power like a Changeling's. I got lazy, and didn't figure it would come up directly in combat.

Quick update... I created a Templar of the Fourth Scale to work alongside the other templars and kalin riders. I decided I needed a brute for more melee presence. I also upped the existing templars by 1 level each; it seemed fitting.

Here he is...
