D&D 5E How Do You Defeat a CR 30 Hell Beast?

As the title says. We are playing Princes of the Apocalypse and I am the DM. the players unleashed this on me.




I tried the odd 1E trick of throwing some dry rations down. I had found this bag made out of a strange material with "treatez" on it. I could not find the water pistol full of holy water.

After a few dice rolls were made I thought I had it beaten down but the damn thing made a DC 25 persuasion: melt hearts (cha) roll and it pulled this off and convinced everyone to betray me.



It followed me home from a dungeon around 6.5 yearsago. The dungeon was called "Tomb of SPCA Horrors" or something like that.
