good for a a day but we better try harder next time, and there WILL be a next time

I think the game day went well accept for the fact that after slot "B" we had nothing much to do, next time we need to recruit more people who we know will come. people showing up and leaveing at random times does not really help people trying to run a on-going game. next game day we need to assign the longer running games (most likely Rpgs) then in the latter slots assign board games, then for the slot after that card games or other games that don't take a long time.

I hope we can organise things like this more often and i think today's gameing was a positive foundation for us to build off of.

Better luck next time...

Ok, so I'm not an expert photographer...

Seated, El Gringo ponders the fates of our hapless heroes in the Star Wars game. Seated, Steel Draco and (standing) Sensate look over their characters.

Hoarding the supply of Mountain Dew and choosing to use the table closest to the restroom. :D

Well, I don't have time to post a full run-down now, but I had a great time...

imagine my suprise to walk in and find an EN Worlder that I went to High School with!

It's been years since GMVictory and I have seen each other, and now we've traded e-mail addy's and phone numbers! :D

I'd like to thank Curtis, and all those who ran games, and I'd like to apologize to the people who ended up getting stuck with me for a GM. :p

Mark, great game, the players took an alternate approach and it made the timing tricky... but then they also weren't supposed to ambush the boss before he could ambush them! :) I'll e-mail you with more info tomorrow!

EN World - making my quality of life better through new and renewed friendships! :D

I agree it was a fun day too. I look forward to participating again.

I had fun running Weird Wars. I consider it a success if the players are groaning in agony and shouting in triumph during the course of the game.

The following is the official After-Action Report of CPT Hensley, Cdr of 108th Co, 1st ID:

2LT Tyrone Popham, upon learning that the enemy force had captured several French civilians and fearing for the safety of the citizens of our Ally, made the command decision to rescue them. 2LT Popham skillfully led his men against numerically superior German forces and not only succeeded in freeing the captives, but effectively eliminated the enemy force. In the course of this action 2LT Popham was wounded. I hereby recommend 2LT Popham for promotion to First Lieutenant and be awarded the Purple Heart.

Pvt Zachariah Davis exhibited courage and skill in the course of his duties. Pvt Davis, on two occassions, single-handedly eliminated obstacles that would have left the mission in jeopardy and potentially unfulfilled. I hereby recommend Pvt Davis for promotion to Corporal and be awarded the Bronze Star.

Pvt Michael Cheatwood exhibited courage and skill in the course of his duties. Pvt Cheatwood's skills were crucial to the success of the mission. I hereby recommend Pvt Cheatwood for promotion to Private First Class.

Pvt Lonnie Figgo exhibited courage and skill in the course of his duties. Pvt Figgo's medical skills were exemplary and, while under fire on two separate occassions, rescued his injured squadmates. In the course of this action Pvt Figgo was wounded. I hereby recommend Pvt Figgo for promotion to Private First Class and be awarded the Purple Heart.

Classified Top Secret: The Unofficial After-Action Report

General Marshal, please see the attached complete report by 2LT Popham regarding his mission. I think his squad should be watched to determine fitness for inclusion into the OSI.

Agent Murphy

GMVictory, that's awesome. Maybe at the next game day, we could continue on with the continued fight against those crazy demon summoning nazis!

That's what came to mind when I thought about the After-Action Report. Hopefully HQ will be able to round up some troopers to fill out the LT's squad to full patrol status.

Previous mission: D+3 (Fire in the Hole)

Next mission: D+6 (The 1000 Year Reich Will Not Live)
