I am running N1 (mentioned above) as part of Ghosts of Saltmarsh - I stuck it where Salvage Operation and Isle of Abbey go. . .giving the PCs a choice. They did Salvage Operation, but then refused the offer to handle the isle to go check on the news of a friend in "Orlane" (I use a different name for the town), thus getting embroiled in the reptile cult (who are also trying to recruit the lizardfolk from U2 which the PCs are now friends of).

Very nice. Yes, AtCotRG and the U1-3 series blend together beautifully. I've done it, too...many many many moons ago.

Level 8 of Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage (Slitherswamp) is naga vs undead yuan-ti with a bullywug tribe used as pawns by both sides. For an encore there is also a hydra and a death slaad. Could easily be removed from the Dungeon of the Mad Mage and just run as a level 10 adventure set in an underground swamp.

I will second the Freeport Trilogy. Hidden serpent men with different factions and dark cult stuff you get embroiled in.

Paizo had a whole adventure path dealing with them in Pathfinder 1e but it was generally considered not one of their best APs with I believe an author on one skipping out so a replacement had to be rewritten with a huge time crunch.

I’m on a Sword & Sorcery, Conan, and Set kick lately and hoping the hivemind can help me find the best modules from any edition of D&D, OSR, Pathfinder, whatever, that features Naga, Yuan-Ti, and/or other kinds of serpent people.

I need snakes, people.
