I was thinking suicide bombers at critical power stations and/or the actual server buildings themselves. Possibly using pre-suicided bombers (aka zombies).

Not bad, but too dramatic for the style of the people behind the scheme. They shun ideology-based organization and actions.

If they’re more like Umbrella Corp, the zombie bombers might be less like zealots and more like early prototypes.
