[OT, Bragging Rights] My daughters first Dance Recital

MEG Hal

First Post
She is the cute blonde (to the right of the boy) in this picture...people say that some people on this board consider me a friend, well feeling is mutual...here are only 2 of 12 (so you are lucky). Other proud parents post your pics here.

She talks about her castle, dragons, and sharks and horses, fellow RPGers you would be proud!

Here they are

Can’t let this descend further down the page and break a proud father’s heart. Very cute daughter and hope you feel equally excited by the 15th dance recital which also happens to clash with <insert important sporting event here>. :D

Cute stuff! She looks, what, 5 or 6? My five year old girl just had a dance recital this past weekend too.

Actually she is so cool, because of all the hype she lets me call her 3.5 not 3 and 1/2 ;) .

She is tall for her age.
Thanks Joshua and the rest of you, she is great and one day I look forward to doing a short story based on her made up world...

All joking aside i think it's great that you and so many other parents around here encourge your kids to be interested in these sorts of things. I think it leads to better reading, and math skills. I also don't know anyone that wouldn't benifit from a good imagination. Plus anything that brings parents and thier children closer together is a good thing. :D

Congratulations! It looks like she actually danced, which is an accomplishment. With the young kids, you sometimes get one that just stands there and cries. :)
