well, here is terrible picture of the base icosahedron that the ennieswill be made form for those of oyu who wish to clear appropriate shelfspace

What's it made out of? What is is the base for (i.e. what's gonna be on top?)

so far it is just a bunch of matboard and toothpicks

soon a mold will be made and it will turn intoa cermaic d20 ona small triangular base on a dark piece of wood with a brass plaque.

this is just the "prototype" as it were, the original shape (and much harder to make well than i had thought!)


first place awards will be gold (i think real gold) and second will be silver. with "EN" on the 20 face in black

Without seeing the finished finish (gold or silver) and without seeing the actual base (a triangle can have many looks to it) it's hard to comment on a large steelgrey twenty-sided die. Aside from "so far, so good" I wouldn't know what else to tell you and didn't feel it was necessary to comment until you asked.

So far, so good.

Daymn! Any chance these will be detachable? I've always wanted a solid gold d20 the size of a melon!

Whipped something up in Photoshop, based on the descriptions. Any chance it'll look something like this?
Apologies for any wierd colour choices. Colour-blind and image-editing are not compatible
