Broken Compass, which was designed for Tomb Raider/Uncharted style adventure, has a supplement, What If, that contains a chapter for playing as animals in the vein of Babe, The Jungle Book, etc. and another for playing as cartoons. Should be easy enough to put them together for playing a Duck Tales style game.

I don't think there was an official one but there are tons of anthro animal RPGs from TMNT to Usagi Yojimbo RPG and things like the 1930s set Urban Jungle.

I think that the equivalent of Duck Tales is an optional add-on for Outgunned in one of their Action Flicks supplements.

I love these t-shirts by Moilleadoir at Redbubble. Across two genres I love. (That's me with award-winning fantasy author and talented Call of Cthulhu writer Jane Routley, at Chaosium Con Australia in 2024. Neither of us was aware what the the other was going to be wearing. Moilleadoir was an Australian artist who we both knew. He was a big Call of Cthulhu and RuneQuest fan. He passed away long, long ago but his artistic legacy lives on with these t-shirts).
