Seriously. How could a thread on this topic NOT include the Assassin Duck from Dragonbane?

I never really thought about it.
But now I wonder - was there ever a "Duck Tales RPG" or something like that?

Broken Compass, which was designed for Tomb Raider/Uncharted style adventure, has a supplement, What If, that contains a chapter for playing as animals in the vein of Babe, The Jungle Book, etc. and another for playing as cartoons. Should be easy enough to put them together for playing a Duck Tales style game.

I don't think there was an official one but there are tons of anthro animal RPGs from TMNT to Usagi Yojimbo RPG and things like the 1930s set Urban Jungle.

I think that the equivalent of Duck Tales is an optional add-on for Outgunned in one of their Action Flicks supplements.
