D&D 4E Thoughts / A review of Hammerfast: A Dwarven Outpost Adventure Site

Hey, it's cool that someone remembers Hammerfast! I liked it a lot and would agree to most of the points you made about it. All in all I liked the DIY philosophy of the Nentir Vale and the smaller or sometimes bigger lore bits the books gave you to make the setting your own. Reading it I had a lot of moments where I stopped and thought about how to flesh out or construct NPCs or parts of the lore myself. That's something not every setting book achieves.
The other city supplement Vor Rukoth was also cool, but had definitely a different vibe - more of a demon infested hostile place you had to navigate through, as far as I remeber.
