In the wake of A New Age, Trollbridge regular Gaptooth has resumed work on his T&T heartbreaker, Twisted Tunnels. Gaptooth has a great love of T&T, especially older editions. Which isn't to say Twisted Tunnels is a clone. It has some cool, new ideas. But it feels like T&T. You can check out the free beta playtest here.

Easily one of my least favorite parts of this game. I know art is subjective, but I dislike this art. A lot. It doesn't inspire me the way I think RPG art should. Again, subjective.

It definitely doesn't look like a 1970s RPG (which is normally my preference). But for a new game being released in 2026? Pretty great.

Gonna backtrack on this previous statement a tiny bit and say that the art credited to Mike Faille is really, really good. I love his line work. Still not crazy about the rest, but his is awesome.
