I agree with the original poster. While of course I also agree with Jester that I want WotC to get it right the reality is they can only go so long without producing much product for the D&D line. They really are approaching crunch time to playtest rules and quit testing concepts

In a word. Yes. I also like that you are limited to one out of turn reaction total, and their stated philosophy is to limit off turn actions in order to keep the game moving.
