See to me Trek isn't big budget action movies. Trek has been about exploring human society and motivations. If people like big budget action movies there are plenty to choose from, why does Trek need to be one of them.

Well I was disapointed in the security that was only as good as the speed of plot. This is what lost me on Heroes, where plot chalenges exist based solely on the stupidity of the main characters.

Not to derail much more but remember that downloading and file sharing is covered under civil law and not criminal law. Theft is a crime covered under criminal law. Fire sharing is a copyright violation and covered under civil law. To compare it to any other criminal law is apples and oranges...

Actually #2 is not neccesarily illegal in the US. You may not sell alcohol to minors nor may restaraunts or bars serve it to minors nor may you provide alcohol to minors who are not your children, but in most states parents may allow their own children to drink alcohol under their supervision...
