Are you sure that you haven't simply switched off 2014 content in your settings? I just made myself a 2014 half-orc wizard with the 2014 versions of light, mage hand, and ray of frost. I experienced no problems doing so.

I suspect you have to invest in collecting all the D&D Beyond digital dice sets to be in the running for that favorite customer title!

Monster ENCyclopedia: Aarakocra covers the full history and appearances of the aarakocra but the earliest color picture is this one (from Dragon #124). This color scheme is... not great :unsure:
