I dont know.. the Dragon Disciple seems really off to me. Spending 10 levels to get the benefit of an LA3 template is just.. eh.

My group just uses improved toughness: 1hp/hd. It doesnt seem game breaking.. it scales with your level, and just about gives you the ability to take 1 more hit at your level, of a rough encounter of your level. I dont think of your level in hit ponts as gamebreaking in the slightest...

Oh the horror stories... Giants are the bane of my fighter heavy group. Me? I'll give another vote for the tarrasque.

I can reply to this thread with the following. Cats are the bane of the DM screen(timbeeer..!). They have destroyed more monsters and players (miniatures) than a hundred tarrasques. (they have pounce attack) They roll more 20's than the entire group (by batting around our dice).
