The thing about non-lethal attacks is that you don't need to only deal non-lethal damage to a critter to render him uncounscious. Take a critter with 100 hit points. Take a -4 to hit, then wack him about two times for non-lethal, maybe giving him 30 non-lethal hits. Then swing at him regularly...

I like to sometimes give an epic magic item to ONE of my players at levels 15 and up, so as not to say "ah... you're now level 21... well I guess you now have access to a whole new batch of items.". Nothing much though. A ring +6 or a belt of strength +8, nothing that unbalances your game.

Many Divine feats really gave an extra *oompf* to the paladin, that was quite needed IMO.

Impossible. It's just more probable that a fire elemental DOESN'T have moisture in it than it actually DOES. Moisture is just against the nature of fire. Fire destroys moisture. Fire and water are opposed elements.
