That just doen't mesh with the matrix idea, IMO. Neo wasn't a human in real life and a machine in the matrix. Why should a dragon be a human in the DungeonAtrix? It adds all kinds of extra baggage (we hate the humans even though you thought you were a human) that isn't present in the matrix...

Why are the dragons the good guys, though? It first reads like the humans created the dragons...but then it changes. So, in this setting, you're a human or dwarf or whatever when you're in the "Dungeon" but you're a freakin' dragon when you're not? I like it better the other way.
