One that caught my eye is The Great Dale Campaign Guide
From Joe Raso, Alex Clippinger, Anne Gregersen, Derek Nekritz, Elise Cretel, Emily Smith, Glenn Magas, Oliver Clegg, R P Davis, Scott Bean
I have no affiliation...just think it's cool.
This is such a good time for D&D (5e). There have been times in D&D's history when I was worried the game would fade into oblivion. Not so now days. I'm seeing great products, a great team at Wotc, and an enthusiastic player base. Yep, I'm one of the target audience.
I'm confused. Critical Role? Wildemont? I've never heard of them. But that's just me. I'll hold off and see what this is all about and go from there. I'm hoping it turns out to be something exciting.
I'm excited. However, when it comes to new D&D stuff, I'm almost always pleased to get anything knew. This especially true considering the slower pace of 5th Ed. products. Every time a new product is announced, my D&D collection feels like a smile with a missing tooth.
I'm not sure about another compilation of adventures. Considering the deal they made with Goodman Games (In Search of the Unknown & The Keep on the Borderlands), they may start farming out classic conversions to other companies.
I think the next region they cover will probably be Thay, but...
Looking good
Yes, I'm excited about Dark Surges as well. You can get in on the catch up tier if you want the first campaign as well. I'm also looking at Side Quests, but will need to check into the page count of each adventure before jumping in.
