Those listed speeds are for a creature that has natural flight IIRC, ie it has wings thereby reducing falling speed. I think you should double those figures for a falling human sized creature.

Really? Yes, my characters swear if that is part of thier nature. If I play a Pirate for instance you can bet I swear, and swear a lot. On the other hand if I play a Paladin, then I would not swear, possibly even frown on people that does.

But why? All those special attacks have special rules for what happens if you're subject to an AoO.
