I suppose on balance our games will be 3.5, since the amount of houserules, 3rd party, and possibly Modern stuff will equal or pass the 3.0 holdovers. At least for the PHB-related rules, I'm not sure how much of the new MM is going to be incorporated.

Paizo is publishing the magazines under a license, the Dragon and Dungeon trademarks are still owned by WoTC, and it still says "©2002 Wizards of the Coast, Inc." on the contents page.

The coloring book really is worth getting in either format.
