SRD Is cost the "Raw Materials Cost" or the "Item Cost" (Market value) of the item? The former is half the latter.

So a monk with a 50ft movement rate gets a +8 on jump checks. Does this apply even to standing jumps (where they are not moving at all)? Seem kind of wonky.

"Fires of War", the new M&M supplement from BlackWyrm Games ( http://www.blackwyrm.com/ ) was not at the show due to printer failure. Serenity had 500 hardbacks and were counting on softcovers to fill orders beyond that. Only a handful of said softcovers arrived from this same printer however.

If one does an overrun as part of a charge, can they then attack after completing the overrun? It is clear that they can if the victim steps aside, but not so clear if the victim does not. In other words, does "as part of a charge" mean that the overrun takes place as the movement part, or as...

Ah ok, if the FAQ is talking about a 5ft step between multiple shots, then that's ok. I had in my head that the archer had already stepped before starting his attack.

Thanks for the FAQ research, that helps a lot. The bit quoted above, hovever, still confuses me. How could the archer take a 5ft step between the fighter's readied action and the archer finishing his shot? :confused:

A dwarf with an axe is in melee with a bow wielding orc. The dwarf readies to attack (or step and attack) if the orc tries to shoot the bow. The orc then takes a 5ft step away and tries to shoot his bow. This triggers the dwarf's readied action, so he steps forward and attacks the orc...

If the PC wants a Fire Ball to burn enemy equipment, say that is fine. Then have the next encounter be a couple of enemy NPCs throwing fireballs at the party. :] Point being, not even Disintegrate and Destruction destroy attendend items. It's not likely that Fireballs are meant too.

Do any of the official rules or supplements have a Shadow Domain? I have a shadow god in my campaign and "Darkness" isn't quite right. Seems like a good candidate for a domain but I haven't found anything in the books I have.

Actually, I just came across the Spontaneous Divine Caster variant in Unearthed Arcana and that will sovle all my problems. The main thing I wanted was to not have to second guess my spell selection every morning. That variant will allow that without gimping the character in so many other areas...
