Dragonborn Fighter uses 2d6 for damage with its Greatsword, not 1d10, you also used a Daily as his Encounter. didn't look at the others, but nice sheets, also good for ready to use NPCs (where it won't be a problem if they do 2d6 instead of 1d10)

But you can, as far as I know every level up you can retrain one feat - just retrain one L1 Feat for a multiclass feat.

One small nugget for all those who want Low/No magic Campaigns: the Monster Magic Threshold table tells you how you have to modify the stats of your monsters to count for the players magic items. They will be a bit tougher (same hp, less player damage), but should be doable.
