No you don't. Simply find the publisher for the product you would like to add and then click the Add Product link about half way down the page. HTH

Seems to be a problem to do with cookies. This is the most information I've ever had on the problem (which has been around for a while) and hopefully should give me some ideas for where to investigate further... thanks. I'll let you know how I get on.

Not true, all moderators can add new publishers. Just click on the pick a publisher link at the bottom and there is a add publisher link on the following page.

AOL shouldn't put any block on you sending POP3/SMTP email. However the email server you are trying to send email to (e.g. Freeserve perhaps) might only allow you to send email through it if you are logged on from one of their ip addresses (i.e. connected using Freeserve). Does this just apply...

ok... a) moderator edit/delete comments yep, not to hard, think I can manage that. b) email notification mmn, requires a bit more thought but shouldn't be too hard c) html markup I take it you are refering to specifically url, which I have used in other places so shouldn't be too hard to port...
