Update four (see post #2) No new rooms at this time; just added light sources to the existing rooms. I probably need to go completely black and white due to file size, but I'll hold off until the next major section is done. Next up is the Horned Hold which should be interesting!

Updated Okay, the update (see post #2) now contains all of the elements for A1 - C3. Note that the brazier is still missing from C2a and I really don't like the fireplace in C3b.

We have three in my campaign with one NPC. I agree that the NPC should get equal share of XP/loot, but also important to make sure that your irregular PC "keep pace" with the regulars. I think that's a fine way to do it - what do your players think?

That's why you put a round limit on it - so it only goes x rounds (3?) and then you are left with whatever you're on (partial failure / partial success) ... of course, if a lot of "maintain" rolls were made ...

Yes, but the boards are "dynamic" (i.e. can be kicked over). Just like traps, you can use some other method to represent them and add/remove them as needed. I used some dungeon tiles since the printed maps alleviated the need for them! :D

Great work on this! FYI for all interested, it is very easy to make this into a B&W copy to print out on color cardstock (which is what I am looking for) by simply changing the master slide. I change all of the header's to white, all of the text to black, and all of the circles to light gray...
