    Unarmed Fighter

Spiked gauntlets can be enchanted for less gold though.

Why can't PRC's do the opposite? Maybe that's why they touch a nerve.

I thought the exact same thing. I have a lot of problems with PRCs but overspecializatoin isn't one of my reasons.

    killing the Lich

I think most liches have a bit more farsight than to attack the party weaker than they were the first time. He's not just going to come back to unlife, scry and teleport in to get his ass kicked with in an hour of coming coming back A lich being immortal and usually very intelligent and/or...

    What happens to stunned flyers?

If they can't hover they fall. A stunned person's legs don't stop working causing him to fall prone. Thats my reasoning anyway, might be wrong.

Would I break D&D if I gave 6 extra skill points to all per level?

I too play with all skills as class skills. But I do not increase how many skill points each class gets. I do give the option though for a player at any given level to drop his hit dice size by one step to get +2 skill points. And I think increasing the number of skill points each class gets...

    Elder PCs

I once ran a game where the half orc barbarian go into his 70s and dwarf character hit middle age and the human wizard was venerable also. The half orc still kick ass though, hard not to when you're epic level.

Is there a weapon attack order?

The way I've always done it is either hasted attack comes first or last, then all the primary hand attacks then all the off hand attacks.

    Lifepath Table

Could be fun to use, next time we start a new game I'll see if the other guys want to use this. Perhaps randomly pick classes/races too.

What would the cr be on.

Interesting idea for a battle. I might have to borrow it. Out of curiosity what is your fluff for it? Keep in mind if they are sufficiently clumped together when at lower levels one strong area effect spell could kill them all. This factor should lower the CR significantly. I might put the...

    A Potent Hexblade

Strength will be more useful for your character than dexterity. You're using a non-finessible weapon and you are building a tripper so strength in paramount. To max out your AC in the mithril full plate you're planning on getting later just use gloves of dexterity or cat's grace.

Whats a reasonable AC at 10th level?

Your DM should try flanking you, amethal. You'd loose your +6 dexterity bonus and he'd gain +2 to attacks. That should make you much easier to hit. Of course if your DM only uses single monsters or guys with really low attack bonuses it won't help. Hell, even an NPC fighter I'd expect to hit...

    Stat Booster Angst

Which is why when I DM standard magic games I avoid having animagic zones like the plague. I don't think ability score boosting items are too much worse than other items in this department. Also if you think they're too strong just increase cost by 1.5 times or 2 times. Might not be a bad idea.

Best game for God of War-esque action?

Sounds like you could duplicate this with a mid-high level fighter who has a really really high strength score, like 40-60 range, (proably high abilities all around too) and couple of cool magical weapons. Proaably has a feat that lets him grapple foes with the lashes, obviously has TWF and...

Help my newbie with his Warlock/Monk.

I'd proably go 6th monk/4th warlock or vice versa as this will net +1 BAB since he has trouble hitting stuff (silly things like this is why I prefer fractional saves/BAB). High strength monks are generally better than high dexterity monks but if you must go high dexterity low strength take...

Would this be fair to the party? (My guys stay out, please)

Sounds fair, but I also think its perfectly fair but I also think its fair to send PCs against an equal number of opponents of equal CR in a lethal encounter. Champion to champion, like heroes. What might not be fair is this encounter being necessary to future plans, in what way do you mean...

    Alternatives to Level Adjustment?

I don't think you really can get away from LA. Every idea come up with so far still uses LA (potentially to nothing), just reduces it or allows a player to slowly obtain it. Except for starting at negative XP, which as the poster pointed out has its own problems. I think in many cases...

In your campaign, can the PCs "lose"

Actually if the dark lord reigns the game just continues if the PCs are still alive. I think PCs loosing is fine. I think PCs dying is fine, even a very rare TPK is fine. Heroes who don't struggle to obtain victory aren't really that heroic. Always remember though that no matter how...

    New Feat: Hoplite Spear-Fighting

Hoplites would fight armored if they had the money to afford it. The hoplite ideal is not walking around in a thong and no shirt to show off that six pack you've been working on. Back on topic on my semi-antiquity inspired game I allow characters to wield long spears with one hand without the...

    Powergaming: Wizard vs. Sorcerer

I think a sorcerer with the right spell selection can out cast a wizard unless a certain spell the sorcerer doesn't know is needed. Just realized my vote may be tainted though as my group house rules that metamagic doesn't slow a sorcerer's casting time.

    Urd character feasability ?

Weather +2 LA if fair depends really on how often flight will be useful and how available it or similar abilities such as leveitate are. If you fight often in cramped tunnels for instance flight isn't all that great. +2 LA seems pretty fair given the nice ability modifiers but I proably...
