I don't know who you talked to, but neither of those things is true. Skull & Bones is in print and in fact I brought extra to GenCon because of Pirates 2. It's also available as a PDF on GR.com and rpgnow.

That's an easy fix then. Right now the award specifies d20 and OGL. If you make the award d20 only, that'll take care of it, since you can't have a complete game with the d20 logo on it.

FYI, Book of the Righteous and the Holy Warrior's Handbook are now available on RPGNow in addition to greenronin.com.
