You can add the detail in the Additional Details section on the start sheet, the will appear in the details page on CSIV and the character summary sheet. There is no plan to automate the magical items adjustments

Appears to be an issue with Excel, try to update it (File > Account > Update Options > Update Now or repair it (under uninstall, right click and choose repair) :)
