  1. Rath the Brown

    Looking for a druid spell.

Master Earth, from Magic of Faerun and updated in the Spell Compendium. There is no range limit to the spell; it will transport the druid from one location on the earth to another as long as they are on the same world and the spell only works on the Material Plane.

    Here's a quick one...

Clouting weapon ability, from Complete Arcane. On a successful hit, the target must make a DC 19 Fort save or be knocked back 10 feet (or knocked to the ground if they can't be knocked back). If they fail the first save, they also must make another or be stunned for 1 round. Similar, but only...

What level are you starting at? For +3 level adjustment, you could get the Woodling template from Monster Manual III.

    Ye Old Grid

I never played with grids or minis until 3rd edition; we always just used a free-form sketch and maybe some tokens to denote in a very general way where creatures where, and then only when there was an argument on where every creature was. Now, we always use grids and minis for combats and I...

Does the Fast Wild Shape feat increase the speed you activate Wild feats?

Does the Fast Wild Shape feat (or the Master of Many Form's Fast Wild Shape ability) affect the speed at which a character can use Wild feats? Here is the relevant text: From the Player's Handbook: From Wild Shape (Su): "Changing form (to animal or back) is a standard action and...

Elemental Savant and a Cleric with the Fire Domain

In games I play in, the characters usually try to get along, barring conflicts that might come up as a result of role-playing. I don't see many situations where players try to make builds in order to control/defeat other PC's.

Elemental Savant and a Cleric with the Fire Domain

But is not limitied to just elementals.

Elemental Savant and a Cleric with the Fire Domain

Actually, the domain allows turning of 'water creatures' and rebuking of 'fire creatures'. The domain makes no mention of elementals.

Elemental Savant and a Cleric with the Fire Domain

No, the character's type changes to Elemental. Determining if the cleric can turn the Savant depends on your definition of 'fire creature'. If you consider a fire creature to be any creature associated with fire in any way (such as by choosing fire when entering the Elemental Savant class) then...

Sorceror or Warlock? (For my wife)

Sorcerer. Your post leads me to believe that your wife will have more fun with the greater magical flexibility from having more spells to choose from, as opposed to the very few invocations you get as a Warlock, especially at low levels.

    [Planar Handbook] Water Heritage

Nope, it applies to anyone who has a swim speed, whether from the feat or prior. The Special section is a repeat of the section on swim as one of the Movement Modes in the Glossary of the Monster Manual.

Drow Poison, Silver swords, and Pixie arrows

In the game in which I played a pixie, we followed the rules in Savage Species; as a pixie, I was able to craft the arrows as though I had the prerequisites, but I still had to craft them (pay gp and xp costs and take time). The costs were listed in Savage Species as well. There was no limit to...
