Yea. The Spiel 03 was great. With the two 3 hour RPG sessions I joined, it was a well balanced event. Now I am well equipped with Games (lots of add ons for Carcassonne and Siedler von Catan, etc.), and I even could not resist to buy some PRG stuff. ;) I am afraid of the photos.

Hide and Move Silently are clearly separated due to the many ways of invisibility in D&D. Also, in reality hide and move silently often are opposing thing, i.e. someone trying to be silent normally moves slower and hence is slower at hiding than a person who is just hiding in a noisy area.

By the rules, you can always run through a field occupied by someone who lets you pass through, even if this is an opponent. So if the invisible character decides to let the run-searcher pass (which would make sense), the former would not be found by the latter. What the rules allow is to guess...

Actually, the main problem of a spellcaster is that he has only limited spells each 24 hours. So one of the best strategies against a spellcaster could be a guerillia tactic. Hide, sneak in, retreat, heal, come back. Having patience and being careful, a Pixie Rogue can bring down a powerful wizard.
