What's funny is I'm having the exact opposite reaction to this Warforged. This one looks incredibly goofy and cartoony and wouldn't look out of place in a Comic Book beating up Spiderman. I much prefer the Warforged characters portrayed in the Eberron books.

Doesn't it actually mention the artifact rules being in the 4E DMG in that very article? Somewhere near the bottoms, near 'character hooks' or something to that effect. Edit: Yup, just checked. Says it under the 'Immortality of Metal and Stone' bit below the Artifact Lord's abilities.

Um... unless it says explictly in a feat's description, you can only ever take the feat once. Y'know, like you couldn't take power attack twice in 3.5.

That's like asking why mercenaries killing millions of people is an act evil enough to justify executing the mercenaries. Besides, I don't think Gods want their servants to get the idea that killing them is an activity that is taken lightly.

Actually, as we only have one actual minion stat block (I wouldn't trust the vampire spawn, he's from a DDM card, and they don't appear to be up to date mechanics-wise) it's a bit too early to say.

Actually, as it appears that Dragonborn do get the breath weapon from level one, the requirements in the feat description are merely there for 'completeness' and so no complete dullard can go 'I take this feat, I meet the prerequisites'.
