I'd like to point out that the Cleric does seem to rely somewhat on Charisma and Strength, so a Dragonborn still makes a fine Cleric. He's also probably a better Cleric than he is a Fighter, as I don't see Fighters needing Charisma so much. So the Dragonborn racial description may well...

Actually, I could easily see it being easier to dodge someone trying to grab you with a hand than dodge a swing of the sword. This probably also makes up for 4E possibly not having evasion.

Hide armour has a +3, Leather is so far unconfirmed. Most people would say it's +2 though.

You must have a different monsters file, because most of the level 10-ish creatures I have in the .pdf taken from this website are dealing physical damage. I think whether or not energy attacks will be seen is purely up to the nature of the actual encounter, and nothing to do with what level...
