Another note from me...I beleive characters need to be a little more than most being that this is a fantasy game ( D&D ). They wouldn't be much heroes if they weren't. I play other games but much of the discussion here pretains to 3rd Dungeons and Dragons.

I think they will make a product line more suited to d20 as in the Pulp Horror. A little action oriented. Even Pinnacle isn't even fully supporting d20. They will continue but they will daul stat their material as well

I beleive that the new d20 CoC is more geared toward thier Pulp Horror line they are planning on bringing out. A more action oriented genre. Alas this is just my opinion.

In the "order of combat" in the cthulhu book on page 60. It states that the last step is the person with the highest init goes again is this so for just cthulhu or is this something from the 3rd that I most likelt looked over.

Well think about this...If you had large monster with a thick neck and a little sword would not have the the length to cut completely through the neck. Vice versa if you had a large sword the blade might be as thick as the persons head and neck combined.

I have gotten Deadlands and I like the idea of steampunk. Both Dragonlance and Forgotten Realms have some steampunks elements. Overall Im really into Deadlands. It has a more lethal setting.
