Just outta odd old curiousity, does anyone know where you can get the 2E versions of the deity books (the ones mentioned by Eric). Now that all of you have spread your 2E propaganda, I'm going to have to check it out.
Sep, I used to be able to bear the wait between updates, but that last post really sold me. More please! Force the players to play all the time. Force them to play until the point of exhaustion, and then immediately post the results.
Very nice. Odd that they gave them back all their stuff (I would've kept it and let them fend for themselves). You know what I realized? Besides Tirhas, I really miss that other dragon hunting group, the one with Jeremy's relative in it.
Excellent update, Nemm. Hope to see more!
Geez guys, you sure are full of rage.
I love the Iconics. Gooooo Iconics!
And I thought the preview was pretty hilarious. The funniest one was the "Familiar's Familiar." Now THAT had me laughing.
All in all, good stuff, and thanks for trying to bring some humor to the boards. :)
I can't help but feel sorry for her, though. She was just going about her business.
You seemed to explain it well enough, Keldas. It makes perfect sense after hearing about the background. That's what I meant by I know I'm not a player in the game, so I'm probably not as informed about all...
Kyle, I'm sincerely sorry to hear what happened. The only advice I could possibly give is the advice that I live by:
Never, ever get into a relationship. Ever.
Seriously, reading all the stories everyone else has posted has cemented me on this idea.
But I hope everything works out for you...
Have you tried checking out the tech forum for FF? I did a search, and I found other people having the same problem as you. Except, in the end, all of them gave up and returned the game.
Hey, thank you for the postings. Like I've said so many times before, this is defintely my most favorite story hour. Great characters, great plot. Love it. But are you being sarcastic when you mention the kind words? I haven't been dishing out the praise as of late, but that's only because...
Hmm.... I can't say I like it that they attacked Richard. I mean, there was that little incident with the elves and all, but since then he's been a stand-up guy. Not cool of them to attack him.
Also, I'll admit that the mages in the party seem extraordinarily weak. I know it's been...
Apologies for the delay. Winace will fix you right up.
I've tried the crack. The game itself lags as much as before, BUT the loading times are significantly faster. I'd say they only take half as long as they did before, if not shorter.
Hmmm.... could the manticore be with Richard somehow? I'm thinking maybe. Richard asks what its weaknesses are, Martin says the wings, and the next thing you know the bat is flying awkward. And the manticore ignored the illusion of Richard before. And let's not forget that Rindalith is...
But see, what everyone is mentioning is the combat. I fought *fill in blank* and found *fill in blank*. Then I had to go find *fill in blank* and fought some *fill in blank*. All it has is UPS quests.
BG2 had a HUGE amount of unique NPCs, and while part 1 was filled with delivery quests...
