Sounds pretty good to me. I click on all the forums and don't often see new threads go off the first page. I'd be nice to see some more interesting traffic. Only thing that stuck out to me was calling Pathfinder out explicitly. It's just another D&D, doesn't need a separate description. PS

It wouldn't have hurt to make a "Dinosaur" category, then give them all the names they ended up with. I don't think Behemoth covers them all. There's the Glidewing and the Clawfoot from Eberron, and there might be more. Kinda frustrating to find. PS

I use a similar technique. My players decide when they want to level up. Then I say "ok." Very complicated . . . PS

In our first 4e party, everyone took some forced move power. It took a couple fights to grok the rules, but then we pushed everybody around and completely owned the battlefield. Over time, PCs died and were replaced, or people retrained out of powers, and the whole group pretty much lost forced...

I used to do a trick in 3e - make them grab 3 dice, show them to me, (I secretly pick one that counts), then roll all 3. PS

I usually force the PCs to aid another if they are all just making the same Knowledge check. Sometimes I'll make everyone aid the guy with the highest modifier, but sometimes it's the guy driving the action that gets the "main" roll. PS

As an aside, photographing minis is an art in itself. Frequently taking a pic of your minis will show you 2 things - 1) how bad you are at photographing tiny objects, and 2) every frickin flaw in your paint job. Not that I'm bitter. . . PS
