    Adventure: Echoes of O

You don't recognize the name Gouki, and Brynden's eyes light up at the name "Rebekkah" Raiyek's hand reaches for the glass, but Brynden pulls it harshly. "Rebekkah?", he asks, "You mean Marley's whore?" Light chuckles erupt from the bar, but Brynden's glare silences them. Brynden's...

Forked Thread: Proposal: Minotaur Race from Dragon

WRONG. Or, at the very least, the evidence is inconclusive. The highest of the oversized PCs is only level 2, and nobody is going through the combat logs with a fine-tooth comb in order to make sure every PC is on the same level, damage-wise. Also, keep some things in mind. 1, the monster...

OOC-Les: One or the other. Or both! I'm playing it by ear. Also, this is a placeholder. I'll post a response when I'm feeling less lazy.

so, not only are we NOT nerfing minotaurs, you're now suggesting that we, in fact, BUFF them.

    Adventure: Echoes of O

Please, show your rolls. If I want to make hidden rolls, I'll just do it for you and not tell you. Nobody seems to be carrying, but every patron has (at the very least) a bottle in their hand. Its too dark to tell if the midget in the ceiling is armed The barman nods, and fidgets behind the bar...

    Small characters and weapons

small characters are optimal if you're going to multi-class to rogue, as they'll probably be using light blades anyway (sans rapier). as far as i can tell, small races have racials that more than make up for their deficiencies.

    Adventure: Echoes of O

The bar is bigger on the inside than it appears; for a hole in the wall pub, it is certainly spacious. Various men, all dirty and unsavory looking, are busy drowning themselves in their various sorrows. The bar is suprisingly full, considering that it is only mid-day. A quick glance upward...

It would be easier to point out who WASN'T staring at you, 7 Rabbit. You look like an armored parrot. The halfling has already moved out to help out some of her other customers.

"Well, you didn't hear it from me," says the half-elf with a wink, "but if it's information you want, I'd say that your best bet would be Brynden. He runs a small bar near here, calls it The Harlot's Nipple. He makes it a point to stick his nose in where it doesn't belong." --- The halfling...

I'm not even gonna bother dignifying Vlastos' roll. The eladrin seems genuine in his concern, and isn't showing any obvious tells that would betray him as a liar. "She was very secretive, and didn't want me knowing where she lived or who her acquaintances were. I think she was afraid that I...

"Down to brass tacks, I suppose. Although I have never been blessed with any children (that i know of)," the eladrin adds with a wink at Les, "I am something of a godparent, as it were. A close friend of mine gave birth to a beautiful baby girl some years ago, and I was named the child's de...

    Hoofchew: Behind the scenes

Pay attention to my adventure (echoes of O). As it goes on, I will eventually be dropping information into the wiki outlining not one, but actually SEVERAL of Daunton's street gangs. Think of them as evil adventuring parties led by supervillians.

"Very, very expensive." says Borius with a laugh. "Be sure to give some of that to your unconscious friend, it should sober him up." Borius' eyes never leave Les as he speaks.

"Yes, yes, of course," the eladrin says, nodding, "but first, introductions are in order. My name is Borius Gand, and our driver is my personal attendee, Maitre'd. And your names are?" Borius raises a single eyebrow as his eyes glaze over Les, taking in her whole body. "Also, pleasure before...
